Position Overview:
Code Ninjas is seeking a local independent contractor for the role of Family Outreach Specialist. This position focuses on driving enrollments by connecting with families and booking center tours and free trial sessions. The role is flexible, allowing you to work on your own time remotely within the local TRACY, MOUNTAIN HOUSE, LATHROP, MANTECA & nearby area. Occasional visits to the center for training and reporting purposes are required. Compensation is performance-based, directly tied to the number of tours booked and students enrolled.
Key Responsibilities:

Community Engagement:
- Attend local community events to engage with families and promote Code Ninjas programs in a fun and interactive way.
- Build relationships and create connections within the community to identify new outreach opportunities.

Flexible Outreach Strategies:
- Use various methods and strategies to reach families and encourage them to book tours, including partnerships, school activities, and local marketing efforts.
- Think outside the box to generate interest and secure bookings beyond traditional events.

Appointment Setting:
- Focus on booking center tours and free trial sessions as the main goal, meeting weekly targets.
- Follow up with families to confirm appointments and ensure high attendance and conversion rates.

Performance Tracking:
- Monitor and report weekly on the effectiveness of your engagement strategies, making adjustments as needed to improve results.
- Energetic and Enthusiastic Personality: Maintain high energy and positivity during outreach and engagement activities.
- People Skills: Excellent interpersonal skills to build trust and quickly connect with both children and parents.
- Experience with Children: Previous experience working with children is a plus.
- Communication Skills: Strong verbal, written, and nonverbal communication abilities.
- Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple outreach activities, book tours, and handle follow-up effectively.
- Creative Problem-Solver: Bring new ideas for engaging families and booking tours.
- Reliable Transportation: Must have dependable transportation to attend events and community activities.
- Adaptability: Maintain composure and a positive approach in various situations, including high-energy events.
- Payment is based on performance, with earnings directly tied to the number of tours booked and students enrolled.
- Code Ninjas will provide marketing materials and resources to support your outreach efforts.
